Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients
Serves 1
1 banana
Β½ cup frozen mango
1 cup baby spinach
2 tablespoon pepitas
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
3 tablespoon protein powder of choice
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
Method
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
Pour smoothie into a glass jar or bowl to make a smoothie bowl.
Top with extra pepitas and hemp seeds for a crunch (optional).
