We will focus on different elements of our bodies, emphasising on our gut, hormone health, liver health and nervous system. You will receive a colourful variety of whole food recipes each week, ensuring you’re hitting your weekly 30+ plant diversity checklist. 

 

WEEK ONE

Nourish

These recipes are packed full of nutrients, fibre and diversity, setting up the perfect environment for your gut to thrive. They are designed to nourish and energise your body before slowly entering our detoxification and cleansing week. This prevents any dramatic ‘shock’ to the body and sets you up for success! We will also unravel what’s holding you back from achieving longevity health, identify your new (and achievable) health goals and discuss what it means to eat intuitively.

We will touch on how our diet, lifestyle and personal life can not only contribute to our toxic burden, but accelerate ageing, inflammation and a colourful array of diseases and illnesses. This week we are minimising the BS in every way!
