Fluffy Hemp Protein Pancakes
With Hemp Harvests

Ingredients
6 pancakes
1 cup GF all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons Hemp Harvest protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract
2 tablespoons Hemp Harvest oil
Serve:
6 tablespoons coconut yogurt
6 strawberries, halved
2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
2 tablespoons Hemp Harvest seeds
Method
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine almond milk, egg, maple syrup and vanilla bean extract.
Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and combine well. Be careful not to over mix.
Heat a saucepan with hemp oil over medium heat. Using a ladle, carefully spoon the pancake mixture into the pan. One full ladle equates to one pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Flip the pancake once the mixture begins to bubble.
Serve with coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries, maple syrup and hemp seeds.
